Member Alert! AMS Transition Update
We are nearing completion of the transition to the new Association Management System (AMS) for Individual Members. However, we are still experiencing some issues with member login capabilities. Hopefully, Individual Members are now using the SAME Web site to renew their memberships by logging in using their personalized e-mail addresses as their User IDs and their new six-digit member number as their Member IDs. Anyone continuing to have difficulties logging in should contact SAME Individual Member Specialist Christine Gruszkowski at christine@same.org, or 703-549-3800, ext. 123; or, contact SAME Member Support Specialist Belean Getachew at bgetachew@same.org, or 703-549-3800, ext. 122. You also can e-mail your questions or concerns to the membership department at member@same.org and we will respond in a timely manner.
We expect to begin testing the Sustaining Member portion of the AMS in April with a target date of July to begin processing Sustaining Memberships and renewals under the new dues structure. Sustaining Members will receive a notice once the AMS is up and running and the new dues structure is in effect. Until further notice, however, we will continue to use the 2006 rates under the existing dues structure. Should you have any questions regarding Sustaining Membership, please contact SAME Sustaining Member Specialist Jackie Porter at jporter@same.org, or 703-549-3800, ext. 121.
Companies that wish to consolidate their billings for Sustaining Memberships should contact SAME Database Manager Natasha Rocheleau at nroch@same.org, or 703-549-3800, ext. 124.
We appreciate your patience during this transition period.
